These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph234 ("ph234", "we", "us", "our") — the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph234.co and its associated mobile applications and services (collectively, the "Platform").

To register and use the ph234 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:
ph234 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and source of funds documentation as required under anti-money laundering regulations.
Each eligible person may register and maintain only one (1) ph234 Account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ph234 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all related accounts may be suspended and balances may be voided.
You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. ph234 shall not be liable for any loss or delay resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the Player. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph234 shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify ph234 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
ph234 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals, activating bonuses, or at any other time at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension. KYC documentation is processed in accordance with ph234's Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy laws.
ph234 supports deposits and withdrawals via PAGCOR-compliant Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph (InstaPay / PesoNet), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 Philippine Pesos. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 Philippine Pesos. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and Account verification status and are displayed at the point of transaction.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are derived from lawful sources. ph234 is prohibited under Philippine anti-money laundering law from accepting deposits from third parties on your behalf. Payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to Account verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking day. ph234 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before releasing withdrawal amounts deemed unusual or that trigger anti-money laundering monitoring thresholds.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph234 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ₱100 per month to dormant Account balances, subject to prior notice to the email address registered on the Account. Dormant Accounts retaining a positive balance will not be closed without notice.
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by ph234 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Most ph234 bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of unused bonus funds and any winnings accumulated exclusively from that bonus.
Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible Account, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms. ph234 reserves the right to withdraw bonus eligibility or reclaim bonus funds that have been claimed in circumvention of this restriction.
ph234 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to unlock bonus funds while minimising variance (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"), collusion between accounts to pass bonuses, use of automated software to wager, and exploitation of errors in bonus terms. Accounts found to engage in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided and, in serious cases, may be suspended.
Each Game available on the ph234 Platform is governed by specific rules displayed within the Game interface. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable Game rules. ph234 shall not be liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of Game rules.
All non-live Games on ph234 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified for statistical fairness by recognised third-party auditors. Live dealer Games are broadcast from licensed studios and are subject to regular operational audits. In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or system failure that affects Game outcomes, ph234 reserves the right to void the affected Wager(s) and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account Balance. ph234 shall not be obligated to pay any winnings arising from a demonstrably erroneous Game result caused by a technical fault. If your internet connection is interrupted during a Game round, the Game session will resume from its last recorded state when you reconnect. ph234's servers maintain an authoritative record of all Game states. In cases of genuine ambiguity, ph234's server logs shall be the definitive record.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of ph234.
The ph234 name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of ph234. Unauthorised use of ph234 trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
ph234 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By creating an Account, you consent to ph234's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ph234 Privacy Policy.
ph234's Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail what personal data ph234 collects, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, and your rights as a data subject under Philippine law. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully alongside these Terms.
ph234 may share Player data with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement agencies, anti-money laundering authorities, and other regulatory bodies as required by law, without prior notice to the Player. Such disclosures are not a breach of ph234's privacy obligations.
ph234 endeavours to maintain Platform availability on a 24/7 basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service interruptions, and circumstances beyond ph234's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. ph234 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph234 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ph234 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ph234's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding Bonus funds and credits.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ph234, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform in violation of applicable law, or your violation of any third party's rights.
You may request the closure of your ph234 Account at any time by contacting ph234 Support. Any remaining Account Balance (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be paid out to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Account closures requested for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are handled under Section 13.
ph234 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account, and to void or withhold Account Balances, in any of the following circumstances:
Where termination results from a confirmed breach of these Terms by the Player, ph234 reserves the right to withhold Account Balances to the extent required to remedy the breach or cover associated costs, subject to applicable Philippine law.

If ph234 becomes aware that a player under the age of 21 has accessed the Platform, that Account will be immediately suspended, any Account Balance will be held pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR and appropriate authorities.
These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the ph234 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Account or a Game outcome, you must first submit your complaint to ph234 Support in writing, providing full details of the issue. ph234 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 10 business days. A final written decision will be provided upon conclusion of the internal review.
If ph234's internal disputes process does not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Protection Unit. ph234 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation arising from a Player complaint. PAGCOR's determinations in relation to licensed operator disputes are binding on ph234.
You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal disputes process or PAGCOR mediation.
